Doctors have long cautioned women about their workout habits when pregnant. They are often encouraged to dial it back a bit, try different exercises, or stop all together. It can be confusing and there seems to be no clear answers.

Well, get this; now doctors are urging pregnant women to exercise more.

“The exercise recommendation is the same as for non-pregnant women: 20 to 30 minutes per day on most days of the week. To gauge intensity, women can use the ‘talk test.’ If you can carry on a conversation while exercising, you are not overexerting yourself.” -The Washington Post
